Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with sales targets and brand positioning for multiple property projects.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor digital campaigns across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and offline channels such as events, print media, and outdoor advertising.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, pricing opportunities, and target audience insights.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to create lead‑generation funnels, nurture prospects, and convert inquiries into sales.
  • Manage the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, videos, virtual tours, and property listings.
  • Organize and oversee open‑house events, property exhibitions, and community outreach programs.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, social engagement, lead volume, and conversion rates; produce regular reports for senior management.
  • Maintain relationships with external agencies, media partners, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
  • Utilize personal vehicle for site visits, client meetings, and event logistics, ensuring punctuality and professionalism.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, sharing knowledge and mentoring junior marketing staff.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor’s degree) in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
  • Gender: Female (as specified) but open to all qualified candidates who demonstrate the required competencies.
  • Age: Up to 28 years old.
  • At least 0‑2 years of experience in real‑estate or property marketing; fresh graduates with strong internships are welcome.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and basic graphic design software (Canva, Photoshop).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Highly organized, honest, responsible, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Own a reliable personal vehicle for daily travel between office, project sites, and client meetings.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop sales‑driving strategies and meet performance targets.
