Introduction

This role is pivotal in ensuring the timely collection of overdue receivables, supporting the company’s cash‑flow health, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end process of accounts receivable (A/R) overdue collections, ensuring all payments are secured within agreed timelines.
- Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly collection plans that align with corporate targets and regulatory guidelines.
- Perform detailed credit monitoring, identify high‑risk accounts, and propose mitigation strategies to senior management.
- Engage with borrowers through phone calls, emails, and on‑site visits to negotiate repayment schedules, resolve disputes, and reinforce contractual obligations.
- Collaborate closely with the Credit, Legal, and Customer Service teams to streamline the remediation workflow and share critical insights.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities in the company’s ERP system, providing regular reports on recovery rates, delinquency trends, and forecasted cash flow impacts.
- Assist in the preparation of internal audit documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Continuously improve collection techniques by staying updated on industry best practices, legal developments, and emerging risk indicators.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate degree) – all majors accepted; a bachelor’s degree (S1) is preferred.
- Male candidates only, as per the current posting.
- Age: No strict upper limit, but candidates up to 30 years are strongly encouraged.
- At least 1 year of experience in credit monitoring, debt collection, or a related financial services role; fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome.
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in credit and collection software, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools.
- Willingness to work at the Adira Finance office in Karawang, with work days Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00.
