We are seeking a dynamic Product Sales Executive – Business Development to join our growing team. Responsibilities
- Conduct systematic canvassing to identify and approach potential clients across targeted territories.
- Own and achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals, reporting progress to senior management.
- Develop new business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying leads, and nurturing relationships with architects, contractors, and supply chain partners.
- Maintain deep product knowledge, providing tailored solutions that meet customer specifications and adding value through technical expertise.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, logistics, and after‑sales teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations in line with company standards.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend strategic adjustments.
- Travel regularly to out‑of‑town sites, trade shows, and client locations to build rapport and close deals.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Male (preferred).
- Age: Up to 35 years old.
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven sales experience in building materials, construction supplies, or a related industry.
- Network: Well‑established connections within the construction and contractor community.
- Skills: Strong negotiation abilities, excellent verbal and written communication, and a customer‑centric mindset.
- Attributes: Goal‑driven, self‑motivated, adaptable, and comfortable with frequent travel.
- Willingness to work standard office hours (08:00 – 17:00) with flexibility for client meetings.
