Responsibilities
- Plan, rehearse, and deliver live streaming sessions that highlight product benefits, special promotions, and seasonal offers.
- Engage actively with viewers by answering questions, responding to comments, and encouraging participation through polls, giveaways, and interactive challenges.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop live‑stream concepts, scripts, visual assets, and call‑to‑action strategies that align with campaign goals.
- Conduct thorough pre‑live preparation, including product research, understanding pricing structures, and rehearsing key talking points to ensure a smooth broadcast.
- Maintain brand integrity and professional demeanor throughout each live session, adhering to company guidelines and compliance standards.
- Monitor real‑time analytics (viewer count, engagement rate, conversion metrics) and provide post‑session reports with insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms (e.g., TikTok Live, Instagram Live, YouTube Shorts), and best practices in digital entertainment and e‑commerce.
- Assist in post‑production tasks such as clipping highlights for social media, drafting follow‑up email newsletters, and archiving content for future reference.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in live hosting, content creation, MC work, or a related talent role.
- Age 18 years or older; no upper age limit.

- Polished appearance and confidence on camera, with strong verbal articulation.
- Highly expressive, energetic, and communicative personality that can foster genuine connections with an online audience.
- Proven ability to drive interaction, manage real‑time feedback, and convert viewers into customers.

- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:30 – 16:30, with occasional flexibility for special events or promotions.
