Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Administrator and Digital Content Specialist to join our growing team. Responsibilities
- Develop, schedule, and publish content (posts, stories, reels, and videos) on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Edit and produce short‑form video content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or mobile editing apps, ensuring brand consistency and high visual quality.
- Monitor social media metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and generate weekly performance reports to inform strategy adjustments.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and product teams to align content with marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.
- Maintain a content calendar, coordinating with cross‑functional teams to meet deadlines and avoid scheduling conflicts.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing digital assets, updating documentation, and organizing media libraries.
- Support the planning and execution of live‑stream events, webinars, and virtual workshops, handling technical setups and post‑event follow‑up.
- Ensure all content complies with brand guidelines, copyright laws, and platform policies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong interest in social media, digital trends, and online community building.
- Proficient video editing skills with experience using industry‑standard software.
- Basic understanding of graphic design principles and familiarity with tools such as Canva or Photoshop.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Positive attitude, creativity, and a keen eye for detail.
- Prior experience in a similar role or internships in digital marketing is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Open to working Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
