Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily project activities for the retail sales and marketing teams.
- Coordinate with store managers, inventory specialists, and visual merchandisers to ensure timely product launches and promotional events.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk‑mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate clear communication between senior management, operational staff, and external vendors.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales conversion rates, stock turnover, and customer satisfaction, providing regular status reports to leadership.
- Lead weekly briefing sessions, assign tasks, and track progress to ensure all milestones are met on time.
- Conduct post‑project reviews, capture lessons learned, and propose process improvements for future initiatives.
- Provide on‑the‑job coaching and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance culture.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project plans, meeting minutes, and performance dashboards.
- Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and ensuring projects stay within financial constraints.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; higher education (D3/S1) preferred.
- Age: Maximum 28 years old; unmarried status is preferred but not mandatory.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Work Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or retail operations, preferably within the electronics or accessories sector.
- Core Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in retail analytics and sales administration.
- Ability to interact effectively with customers, management, and team members.
- Soft Skills:
- High level of honesty, attention to detail, and reliability.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive sales targets.
- Analytical mindset with problem‑solving capabilities.
- Team‑oriented attitude with leadership potential.
