This full‑time position is based in Cengkareng, Jakarta, and plays a crucial role in ensuring that our online store runs smoothly, reaches customers across the archipelago, and delivers an exceptional shopping experience.
The ideal candidate will be a detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced digital environment, possesses strong analytical abilities, and can collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external marketplace partners.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update product listings on the company’s e‑commerce platform, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and high‑resolution images.
- Process daily orders, coordinate with the logistics team, and monitor shipment status to guarantee on‑time delivery.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media, providing courteous support and resolving issues efficiently.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock reconciliations, and alert the procurement team when re‑stocking is required.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and local marketplace platforms.
- Analyze traffic sources, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI) to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting key metrics such as sales growth, average order value, and customer acquisition cost.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling promotional content and seasonal offers.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, data protection regulations, and internal standard operating procedures.
- Identify process bottlenecks and propose automation or workflow enhancements to increase operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor’s degree) in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Age: Maximum 30 years.
- Gender: Female (as specified by the hiring policy).
- Experience: At least 2 years of hands‑on experience as an Online Shop Administrator or E‑commerce Operations Specialist.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in managing advertising campaigns and traffic‑generation strategies on major marketplaces.
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating ad performance, ROI, and store metrics.
- Familiarity with spreadsheet tools (Excel/Google Sheets) for data analysis and reporting.
- Soft Skills:
- Highly disciplined, meticulous, and responsible.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Adaptability to new technologies and rapid changes in the e‑commerce landscape.
