Responsibilities
- Visit and establish partnerships with local shops, educational institutions, and government offices to place and promote company products.
- Develop and execute a daily route plan using your personal motorcycle, ensuring coverage of the assigned territory efficiently.
- Achieve sales targets by actively prospecting new customers, conducting product demonstrations, and closing sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales orders, and inventory levels using the company’s CRM system.
- Provide timely feedback to the sales manager regarding market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and special offers within the territory.
- Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, share best practices, and contribute ideas for improving sales processes.
- Handle after‑sales service inquiries, coordinate deliveries, and resolve any customer concerns promptly.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 20 years or older.
- Open to all genders.
- At least 0‑2 years of experience in sales, distribution, or direct selling.
- Own a reliable motorcycle and a valid SIM C driver’s license.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Goal‑oriented mindset with a proven ability to work under target‑driven environments.
- Self‑discipline, punctuality, and a high degree of responsibility toward assigned duties.
- Basic proficiency in using mobile applications and digital tools for reporting.
