Responsibilities

- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring merchandise is stocked, labeled, and displayed according to store standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by actively upselling accessories, promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with regular shoppers, encouraging repeat visits and word‑of‑mouth referrals.
- Collaborate with inventory and merchandising teams to monitor stock levels, conduct regular stock counts, and report discrepancies.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism, turning challenging situations into positive experiences.
- Participate in regular product knowledge training sessions to stay informed about the latest fashion trends, new arrivals, and seasonal collections.
- Assist in visual merchandising setups for sales events, holiday promotions, and store layout changes.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the store, adhering to health guidelines and company policies.
Requirements
- Maximum age: 25 years old.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates and career‑switchers are encouraged to apply.
