Introduction
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Administrator Operasional General to join our dynamic operations team. This role is essential for maintaining smooth day‑to‑day business processes, ensuring that procurement, inventory, and reporting activities are executed with precision and timeliness. Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of operational administration, including document handling, data entry, and record keeping.

- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and place orders for office and operational supplies.
- Conduct price comparisons, evaluate vendor proposals, and negotiate contracts to secure the most cost‑effective solutions.
- Collaborate with finance to reconcile invoices, verify payments, and support budgeting activities.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve workflow efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of internal audit documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Provide timely support to other departments, responding to ad‑hoc requests and facilitating inter‑departmental communication.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Administration, Management, Business, or a related field. A high school diploma (SMA/SMK) is the absolute baseline, but a degree is preferred.
- Age limit: 30 years old or younger.

- At least one year of relevant experience in operational administration, procurement, or office management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and Word.

- Demonstrated ability to work quickly under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality.
- Effective communication, honesty, responsibility, and a collaborative mindset.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, database applications, HR management tools, and communication platforms is a plus.
