Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery and assembly lines according to standard operating procedures.
- Perform routine quality checks to ensure that finished goods meet specifications and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate production logs, report any deviations, and suggest process improvements.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to manage inventory levels, receive raw materials, and dispatch finished products.
- Participate in daily briefings, follow safety protocols, and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
- Observe the five daily prayers (sholat) as part of the company’s cultural practice.
- Uphold the dress code: men may wear standard uniform; women must wear hijab in accordance with company policy.
- Ensure physical fitness and mental well‑being to safely handle production tasks.
- Assist in basic administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and equipment maintenance records.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on workflow efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 28 years old or younger.
- Open to all genders; female candidates must wear hijab while on duty.
- Prior experience in a production or manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Physically proportionate height and weight, enabling safe operation of machinery.
- Good physical health and mental resilience to meet the demands of a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong sense of discipline, including the ability to perform sholat five times a day.
- Basic administrative skills such as record‑keeping, computer literacy, and effective communication.
- Team‑player attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
