Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Attendant Shop – Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic retail team. This role is the front‑line ambassador of our boutique, where you will create memorable experiences for every visitor, support seamless store operations, and embody our commitment to fashion, wellness, and sustainability. The position works Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, and welcomes candidates of any gender who meet the basic educational criteria.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for a broad range of tasks that keep the shop running smoothly and ensure customers leave with a positive impression.

  • Warmly greet and engage every customer, offering product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
  • Operate the Point‑of‑Sale (POS) system accurately, process cash, credit, and mobile payments, and issue receipts.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, and assist with receiving new merchandise.
  • Assist with visual merchandising—arranging displays, replenishing shelves, and ensuring the boutique reflects seasonal themes and brand aesthetics.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the sales floor team to achieve daily sales targets and promotional goals.
  • Provide basic administrative support, such as preparing sales reports, updating customer databases, and managing email correspondence.
  • Promote sustainability initiatives, including recycling programs, eco‑friendly packaging, and education of customers on responsible product choices.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting store environment, including routine tidying and compliance with health‑and‑safety standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current on product lines, fashion trends, and service best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a degree in Retail, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
  • Prior experience (0‑2 years acceptable) in retail, hospitality, or customer‑service environments, preferably in a luxury or boutique setting.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Passion for fashion, wellness, and sustainable living, with a genuine desire to educate customers about our brand values.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
