Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Administrator Pemasaran (PKL) to join our dynamic marketing team on a practicum (PKL) basis. This entry‑level position is ideal for university students or recent high school graduates who are eager to gain hands‑on experience in sales administration, export documentation, and data analysis within a fast‑moving commercial environment. The role offers a valuable opportunity to develop professional skills while contributing to the daily operations of a growing organization.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the full administrative sales process, including order entry, confirmation, and follow‑up with customers.
  • Maintain and organize all sales and shipping documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
  • Support basic export administration tasks such as preparing commercial invoices, packing lists, and coordinating with freight forwarders.
  • Collect, clean, and analyse sales data using Microsoft Excel; generate weekly and monthly reports for the marketing manager.
  • Assist in the preparation of promotional materials and coordinate with the design team to ensure timely delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments (logistics, finance, procurement) and external partners (customers, suppliers) to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Participate in regular team meetings, offering insights from data reports and suggesting process improvements.
  • Provide general administrative support, such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as a university student or an active high school (SMA/SMK) graduate seeking practical experience.
  • All study fields are welcome; a keen interest in marketing, business, or logistics is a plus.
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is advantageous.
  • Detail‑oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple documents and deadlines.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • No age limit; we welcome candidates of any gender.
