Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Creative Content Creator to join our fast‑growing digital marketing team. This role is perfect for a passionate storyteller who can translate brand strategy into compelling, platform‑specific content that drives engagement and conversion. The ideal candidate will blend strong creative instincts with a data‑driven mindset, ensuring every piece of content aligns with business goals while resonating with target audiences across social media, blogs, video, and emerging channels.

The position is full‑time, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00. Candidates must possess a minimum education level of SMA/SMK or equivalent, and we welcome applicants of all genders. While prior experience is not mandatory, a demonstrable portfolio and a solid grasp of digital marketing fundamentals are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Develop end‑to‑end content strategies, from ideation and editorial calendars to final production and scheduled publishing.
  • Research industry trends, audience insights, and competitor activity to keep the brand’s voice fresh and relevant.
  • Produce a variety of content formats, including short‑form videos, graphics, copy for posts, blog articles, and email newsletters.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, SEO specialists, and paid‑media teams to ensure seamless integration of creative assets.
  • Maintain and grow personal branding that reflects the company’s values, enhancing credibility and reach.
  • Monitor performance metrics (engagement, reach, click‑through rates) and iterate on content based on analytics.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with platform algorithm changes, new features, and best practices across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
  • Act as a brand ambassador at industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities, presenting the company’s narrative confidently.
  • Ensure all published material complies with brand guidelines, legal standards, and cultural sensitivities.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
