Biznet is expanding its presence in the Badung region and is looking for a dynamic Koordinator Area Badung – Pengawasan Operasional to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in driving sales, increasing market penetration, and ensuring a high‑quality customer experience across the assigned territory. The successful candidate will work closely with local property managers, community leaders, and external partners to promote Biznet’s broadband and home‑pass solutions, while also overseeing day‑to‑day operational activities in the field.
The position is based at our Biznet Branch in Badung, Ungasan, and requires a mobile, self‑motivated professional who can thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment. Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly product sales targets by prospecting, presenting, and closing deals with residential and commercial customers.
- Develop and nurture partnerships with property owners, RT/RW (neighborhood) committees, and multi‑unit complexes to increase home‑pass penetration.
- Plan and execute on‑ground branding activities, including placement of banner poles, T‑banners, spanduk, free hotspot stations, and other promotional assets.
- Conduct territorial marketing campaigns to boost subscriber acquisition, leveraging data‑driven insights and local market trends.
- Coordinate with external agencies and community groups to organize events, workshops, and sponsorships that enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor and maintain low termination rates by providing post‑sale support, handling complaints, and ensuring service quality.
- Prepare regular performance reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and present findings to senior management.
- Travel within the assigned area using personal or company‑provided transportation, adhering to safety and scheduling protocols.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/S1 in any discipline with a GPA of at least 3.00.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or a related field; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities; proven capability to build lasting customer relationships.
- Deep understanding of the Badung region, local demographics, and community structures (RT/RW).
- Willingness to work mobile, with flexible hours and the ability to adapt to on‑site demands.
- Strong analytical skills for sales forecasting, performance tracking, and problem solving.
- Proficiency in branding strategies, customer complaint handling, and product knowledge.
