This position plays a vital role in delivering a seamless customer experience in our food‑and‑beverage (FnB) outlets located within bustling malls and high‑traffic locations. Responsibilities
- Assist with the smooth opening and closing of the outlet, ensuring all checklists are completed accurately.
- Prepare ingredients, utensils, and equipment before service begins, guaranteeing that the work area is fully stocked and ready for use.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the outlet in accordance with strict sanitation and safety standards, including regular deep‑cleaning of workstations.
- Deliver friendly, courteous service to every customer, following the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to enhance satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and supplies, conduct regular stock counts, and report any shortages to the supervisor.
- Record daily usage of ingredients, update inventory logs, and initiate restocking requests in a timely manner.
- Compile and submit daily sales and operational reports, highlighting key performance indicators such as sales volume, waste, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, cashiers, and management to achieve sales targets, uphold product quality, and resolve any operational issues promptly.
- Participate in shift handovers, sharing critical information about stock, equipment status, and any pending tasks.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and food‑handling regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: up to 28 years old; candidates of any gender are welcome.
- At least 1 year of experience in the FnB industry is preferred, though fresh graduates with a strong interest in food service are also encouraged to apply.
- Understanding of basic food safety, hygiene, and sanitation principles.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and move quickly in a busy environment.
- Honesty, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to shift schedules (Tuesday – Sunday, 08:00 – 17:00).
- Residency in Malang or willingness to relocate to Malang is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and colleagues.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory tracking.
