Introduction

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Administrator Sistem dan Operasional to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative and operational processes, supporting finance, and maintaining the integrity of our data systems. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem‑solver with strong organizational skills and a solid background in accounting or economics.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day‑to‑day administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, and record‑keeping.
  • Coordinate operational schedules, monitor workflow, and ensure all departments adhere to company timelines.
  • Maintain and update financial records using Microsoft Excel, Word, and the Accurate accounting software.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for senior management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
  • Assist the finance team with budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, facilitating clear communication and timely resolution of issues.
  • Support the onboarding of new staff by providing training on administrative procedures and software tools.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities, propose solutions, and help implement more efficient workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and data protection standards.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings, providing updates on administrative performance and operational metrics.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience as an Administrative Staff or in a similar support role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; experienced with the Accurate accounting program.
  • Age: Maximum 40 years.
  • Gender: All genders are welcome to apply.
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, effective teamwork, and clear communication.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
