Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and coach Business Agents (BAs) or mediators who specialize in locating potential borrowers requiring vehicle‑secured financing.
- Validate the suitability of BA profiles, ensuring they meet company standards and maintain strong, collaborative relationships to foster network expansion.
- Generate high‑quality, qualified consumer leads by conducting market research, attending local events, and leveraging personal networks.
- Track and manage the entire lead‑to‑booking process, ensuring timely documentation and hand‑off to the credit assessment team.
- Monitor daily and weekly performance metrics, reporting progress against sales targets to senior management.
- Maintain a professional presence in the field, representing the company’s values and adhering to ethical standards during all customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the operations and finance departments to resolve any issues related to loan documentation, vehicle verification, and payment schedules.
- Provide regular feedback to product development teams regarding market trends and customer needs, helping to shape future financing solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3/S1 in any discipline is a plus.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a similar sales or marketing role, preferably within the automotive financing or consumer loan sector.
- Own a reliable two‑wheel vehicle and hold a valid SIM C driving license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and meet strict deadlines.
- Gender: open to all; age is not a limiting factor.
- Proficiency with basic marketing tools, CRM software, and mobile applications used for lead tracking.
- Passion for field work and a genuine interest in helping customers secure financing for their vehicles.
