Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Admin Sales Operasional dan Laporan to join our dynamic sales and decoration team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for leads, guide clients through the sales journey, and ensure that every transaction is documented accurately and reported promptly.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound leads from multiple channels such as phone, email, social media, and website forms.
- Conduct thorough discovery calls to understand each customer’s event requirements, design preferences, and budget constraints.
- Present tailored decoration packages and suggest complementary products or services to maximize upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
- Guide prospects through the closing process, ensuring that down‑payment (DP) is secured and all contractual terms are clear.
- Maintain proactive follow‑up cadence, using reminders and CRM tools to keep deals moving toward finalization.
- Organize and archive all customer data, transaction records, and order details in a systematic and searchable format.
- Collaborate closely with the Decoration Supervisor, Admin Dekor team, and field staff to relay accurate order specifications and timeline expectations.
- Generate daily sales activity reports that capture lead conversion rates, revenue forecasts, and any obstacles encountered.
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to provide strategic input for package enhancements.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, sharing insights and suggestions for improving the overall sales funnel.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales administration, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets, including data validation, pivot tables, and basic charting.
- Analytical mindset for tracking market trends and interpreting sales data.
- Excellent organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail when handling contracts and archives.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams, especially in a creative décor environment.
- Female candidates only, as specified by the client’s operational policy.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 10:00 – 18:00, with occasional overtime during peak event seasons.
