Introduction
Adira Finance, a leading multifinance institution in Indonesia, is seeking a dedicated Remedial Officer (Collection) to join our team in Sangatta, Kalimantan. This role is pivotal in ensuring the timely recovery of outstanding receivables and supporting the company’s financial health. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating closely with credit, sales, and legal teams to achieve collection targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the entire A/R overdue collection process, ensuring all overdue accounts are pursued promptly and efficiently.
- Conduct daily monitoring of delinquent accounts, prioritizing high‑risk cases and escalating issues as needed.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with borrowers, negotiating repayment plans that align with company policy.
- Prepare regular collection reports, highlighting key performance indicators such as recovery rate, aging analysis, and trend insights for senior management.
- Collaborate with the credit underwriting team to verify the accuracy of credit information and identify potential future defaults.
- Coordinate with legal counsel for cases that require formal dispute resolution or court action.
- Implement and suggest improvements to collection strategies, leveraging data analytics and industry best practices.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards throughout the collection process.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior collection staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate) or S1 (Bachelor) in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Age: Maximum 30 years old.
- Gender: Male.
- At least 1 year of experience in collections, credit monitoring, or related financial services (experience is a strong advantage but not mandatory).
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, meticulousness, and honesty.
- Proficient in using collection software, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and basic data analysis tools.
- Willingness to be placed at the Adira Finance office corresponding to the candidate’s domicile.
- Availability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00.
