Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Asisten Dokter Penunjang Medis to join our fast‑growing clinical team. This position offers a structured one‑month probation period, after which successful candidates will become a valued part of our multidisciplinary staff, supporting physicians, nurses, and allied health workers across a variety of routine and emergency procedures.
Responsibilities
- Assist physicians during examinations, minor surgeries, and diagnostic procedures, ensuring all instruments are prepared and sterilized.
- Perform basic nursing tasks such as wound care, dressing changes, catheter insertion, and intravenous (IV) line placement under supervision.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs, document observations accurately, and report any changes in condition to the medical team promptly.
- Maintain clean and organized workstations, adhering to infection‑control protocols and hospital safety standards.
- Collaborate closely with nurses, lab technicians, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient flow from admission to discharge.
- Provide compassionate patient education on post‑procedure care, medication schedules, and lifestyle recommendations.
- Participate in regular training sessions, skill workshops, and quality‑improvement projects to stay current with evolving medical practices.
- Support the scheduling and coordination of outpatient appointments, ensuring that each patient receives timely follow‑up.
- Assist in the preparation of medical reports and documentation required for insurance and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Female candidate, maximum age 25 years, and not currently married.
- Minimum educational background: D3/D4 in Nursing, or equivalent (SMK Keperawatan, D1, D3, S1, professional nursing qualification).
- Strong foundational skills in wound management, IV therapy, catheterization, and basic patient monitoring.
- Excellent interpersonal qualities: honesty, friendliness, politeness, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work harmoniously within a team, demonstrating clear communication and cooperation.
- High energy level and attractive professional demeanor, reflecting the confidence needed in patient‑facing roles.
- Willingness to complete a one‑month trial period to assess fit and performance.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for electronic medical record (EMR) entry.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
