Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers in the planning and execution of motorbike lighting modification projects.
- Prepare wiring diagrams, schematics, and layout plans using industry‑standard CAD software.
- Perform installation of LED strips, custom headlamps, tail lights, and auxiliary lighting kits.
- Conduct electrical continuity tests, voltage checks, and performance verification to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot wiring faults, short circuits, and grounding issues, providing timely corrective actions.
- Maintain an organized inventory of wiring harnesses, connectors, bulbs, and electronic components.
- Document each modification step in project logs and generate post‑installation reports for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with the design team to suggest innovative lighting concepts that enhance visual appeal and rider safety.
- Support the after‑sales service team by providing technical guidance to customers and addressing warranty claims.
- Adhere to the standard work schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak project periods.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4, preferably in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Strong interest and basic knowledge of motorcycle modification, especially lighting systems.
- Understanding of fundamental motorbike electrical principles, including voltage, current, and circuitry.
