Introduction
PT. Prima Service Indonesia is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Staf Frontliner Layanan Pelanggan. This front‑line position is the face of the company, responsible for creating a welcoming environment, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring every visitor leaves with a positive impression. The role is based in Purwokerto and offers a dynamic work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
While the primary focus is on customer service, our organization also operates a small in‑house bakery that supports corporate events and catering. As such, a basic understanding of bakery operations is considered an advantage, especially for candidates who can assist occasionally with product knowledge or simple preparation tasks.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, both in‑person and via telephone or chat platforms, establishing a professional first impression.
- Answer product‑related questions, provide information about services, and guide customers through the ordering process.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly, escalating to supervisors when necessary while maintaining a calm and empathetic demeanor.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using the company’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to relay feedback and suggest improvements based on customer insights.
- Support the on‑site bakery by answering basic queries about baked goods, assisting with inventory checks, and ensuring the display area remains tidy.
- Participate in regular training sessions on product knowledge, communication techniques, and health & safety standards.
- Adhere to the company’s code of conduct, demonstrating honesty, discipline, attention to detail, and accountability in all tasks.
- Maintain personal health and well‑being, meeting the physical and mental fitness standards required for a fast‑paced service environment.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 (associate or bachelor degree) in any field.
- Gender: Female candidates are preferred for this front‑line customer‑facing role.
- Age: Candidates must be 30 years old or younger.
- Experience: No prior experience required, though any background in hospitality, retail, or bakery services is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to convey information clearly.
- Personal Traits: Honest, disciplined, meticulous, responsible, and able to work well within a team.
- Physical & Mental Health: Must be in good physical condition and possess a resilient, positive mindset.
- Residence: Must be domiciled in or willing to relocate to Purwokerto.
