Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Floor Leader for our upcoming restaurant location in Banyuwangi Raya. This entry‑level managerial role is designed for candidates who are eager to build a career in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry and who possess a strong blend of operational know‑how, team leadership, and customer‑focused service. The successful applicant will start as a Floor Leader, undergo an intensive 3‑6 month training program, and have the opportunity to be promoted to Floor Manager upon successful completion.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all crew duties across stations—including cashier, server, kitchen, production, and barista—to maintain flexibility and lead by example.
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth opening and closing procedures, accurate cash handling, and compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Conduct regular stock takes, manage inventory levels, and coordinate with vendors to guarantee product quality and timely deliveries.
  • Develop and implement staff schedules, monitor attendance, and handle shift swaps while optimizing labor costs.
  • Provide continuous on‑the‑job training and mentorship to new hires, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance team culture.
  • Monitor crew performance, deliver constructive feedback, and address any conflict or performance issues promptly.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for menu improvement, service enhancement, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure all restaurant standards—including cleanliness, presentation, and service speed—are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events, special offers, and community outreach initiatives to drive foot traffic.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of daily reports, incident logs, and compliance checklists for management review.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (or equivalent) in any field; a degree in Hospitality, Business, or related disciplines is a plus.
  • Age not exceeding 30 years at the time of application.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the Food & Beverage sector, preferably in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a diverse team.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate, coach, and develop crew members.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in inventory control, stock management, and basic financial reporting.
  • Excellent conflict‑resolution and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Good health condition with no chronic illnesses that could affect job performance.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends (Tuesday to Sunday) and variable hours as needed.
  • Commitment to complete a 3‑6 month training period as Floor Leader, with the goal of advancing to Floor Manager.
  • Flexibility to be stationed at the new Banyuwangi Raya branch and contribute to its launch success.
