Responsibilities
- Capture high‑quality photos and video footage of wedding events, focusing on candid emotions, behind‑the‑scenes activity, and key ceremony highlights.
- Produce short‑form video assets (15‑60 seconds) that align with brief specifications and reflect current Instagram and TikTok trends.
- Collaborate closely with the Amara on‑site team, ensuring smooth communication and coordination throughout each event.
- Deliver final edited content within agreed‑upon deadlines, maintaining consistency in branding and visual style.
- Maintain professional demeanor and positive attitude while working in high‑pressure, fast‑paced wedding environments.
- Adapt quickly to changing lighting conditions, venue layouts, and client requests, while preserving the authenticity of the moments captured.
- Provide backup copies of all raw footage and edited files to the central media library for future reference.
- Continuously monitor emerging social media formats and propose innovative content ideas to keep Amara’s wedding portfolio fresh and competitive.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; no upper age limit.
- Open to both students and seasoned professionals of any gender.
- Passion for weddings and digital storytelling, with a solid understanding of visual composition (angle, lighting, framing).
- Proficiency with smartphones and DSLR/Mirrorless cameras for both photography and videography.
- Demonstrated ability to edit short‑form videos using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or mobile apps like InShot and CapCut.
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and other short‑form content trends.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and on‑the‑day (H‑day) events across any region in Indonesia.
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and a collaborative mindset.
