Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Credit Marketing Officer to join our expanding team covering the regions of Serang, Lebak, and Cilegon. This position plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our sales force, dealer network, and end‑consumers while ensuring that credit proposals are accurate, compliant, and aligned with the company’s risk standards. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and will be instrumental in driving sales growth and maintaining strong relationships across the distribution channel.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture relationships with dealers, sub‑dealers, and consumers to generate a steady flow of credit‑enabled orders.
  • Secure new orders by presenting credit solutions that meet the specific needs of each dealer or sub‑dealer.
  • Conduct thorough consumer creditworthiness surveys, gathering financial documentation and assessing repayment capacity.
  • Prepare detailed survey reports and present findings to the Credit Committee for timely decision‑making.
  • Ensure all credit applications from prospective borrowers are complete, accurate, and adhere to internal policies.
  • Communicate credit decisions promptly to dealers, sub‑dealers, and consumers, providing clear explanations and next steps.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends, reporting insights that can shape our credit product offerings.
  • Track existing customer accounts, verifying that product payments and any refund processes are executed smoothly.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales, finance, and legal teams to resolve any issues that arise during the credit approval cycle.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date records in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for cross‑functional teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Maximum age: 30 years.
  • Male candidates only (as specified by the client’s current policy).
  • Zero to two years of relevant experience; fresh graduates with strong analytical aptitude are welcome.
  • Excellent administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and internal processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with dealers and consumers.
  • Basic knowledge of credit assessment principles and financial documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • High level of integrity, reliability, and a customer‑focused mindset.
