Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site market research and gather competitor intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
- Identify and approach potential clients, presenting our product portfolio and tailoring proposals to meet their specific needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate promotional activities, product demonstrations, and local events to increase brand visibility.
- Track sales performance against targets, prepare daily and weekly reports, and provide actionable insights to the regional manager.
- Utilize CRM tools to log contacts, update pipelines, and manage follow‑up activities efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as logistics, finance, and product development to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and safety guidelines while operating a personal motorbike for field visits.
- Assist in the planning and execution of regional sales campaigns, contributing creative ideas that resonate with local markets.
Requirements
- Male or female applicants, maximum age of 28 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; up to a bachelor’s degree (S1) is acceptable.
- Own a reliable motorbike for field travel.
- Willingness to work as a field marketer with flexible hours (08:00 – 19:00, Monday‑Friday).
- Readiness to commit to an initial 12‑month contract.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an analytical mindset for sales data.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile applications for reporting.
