Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of espresso‑based drinks, brewed coffees, teas, and specialty beverages according to standardized recipes.
- Maintain consistent drink quality by monitoring grind size, extraction time, milk texture, and presentation.
- Provide attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable service, answering customer questions about coffee origins, flavor notes, and brewing methods.
- Ensure the coffee bar and seating area remain clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance, including cleaning espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands.
- Handle cash transactions, process digital payments, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Collaborate with teammates to manage peak‑hour rushes, demonstrating strong multitasking abilities.
- Assist in inventory control, restocking coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other consumables.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to deepen knowledge of coffee roasting profiles, latte art techniques, and emerging industry trends.
- Uphold the brand’s visual standards by maintaining a neat, professional appearance at all times.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 17‑23 years old.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the employer).
- Residency: Must reside in Depok or Cibinong.
- Appearance: Clean, well‑groomed, and presentable.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Genuine enthusiasm for coffee culture and a willingness to learn about bean origins, roasting processes, and brewing methods.
- Prior barista or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong multitasking skills, with the capacity to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods.
- Excellent verbal communication and the confidence to interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Availability to work the scheduled shift: Tuesday – Sunday, 13:00 – 23:00.
