Responsibilities
- Proactively offer and demonstrate the company’s products to existing clients and prospect new customers across the region.
- Generate and secure orders from distribution channels, ensuring accurate initial data capture.
- Conduct thorough verification of customer documents and compile complete credit applications.
- Monitor the progress of each credit application, liaising with the finance department to obtain timely decisions.
- Communicate credit approvals or rejections to dealers and customers, providing clear explanations and next steps.
- Inform customers of payment schedules, due dates, and payment locations, and address any related inquiries.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, order status, and documentation in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to stay updated on promotions, new releases, and pricing strategies.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling, contributing to the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Travel within the assigned territory using personal vehicle, adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any discipline) – fresh graduates are welcome.
- Age: up to 30 years old, with no upper age limit for experienced professionals.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales or distribution role; experience in B2C sales is a strong plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation ability.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Possession of a valid driving license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for field work.
- Strong sales‑management mindset, capable of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools.
- Flexibility to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
