Introduction
We are seeking a proactive Koordinator Area Laundry Wilayah to oversee the daily operations of 7‑8 laundry outlets in the Makassar region. This full‑time position offers a structured work week from Monday to Saturday, with hours from 08:00 to 17:00. The role is mobile, requiring regular visits to each outlet to ensure consistent service quality and adherence to company standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the day‑to‑day activities of all assigned laundry outlets, ensuring smooth workflow and on‑time order fulfillment.
- Enforce company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across each location, conducting spot checks and audits to verify compliance.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as service speed, customer satisfaction, and sales figures; initiate corrective actions when performance dips.
- Coach and mentor outlet managers and staff, providing clear guidance on customer service standards, hygiene protocols, and operational efficiency.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to verify cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and product quality.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges—ranging from staffing shortages to equipment failures—by liaising with the Regional Manager and relevant support teams.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive operational and sales reports on a weekly and monthly basis, highlighting trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to implement promotional campaigns and new service offerings at the outlet level.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for detergents, chemicals, and consumables, coordinating with procurement to avoid stockouts.
- Promote a culture of safety and sustainability by ensuring proper waste handling and energy‑saving practices at every site.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate or bachelor’s degree) in any discipline.
- At least 2–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, multi‑outlet, or service‑based environments.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate teams across multiple locations.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales data, service metrics, and operational reports.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities, with a customer‑centric mindset.
- Comfortable with frequent travel within the Makassar area; a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are preferred.
- Flexibility to work on Saturdays and adapt to dynamic business needs.
