We are seeking a dedicated Barista Profesional Penyaji Minuman Kopi dan Teh to join our vibrant café team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee, espresso‑based drinks, specialty teas, and seasonal beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and offering personalized recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station, including regular equipment cleaning, grinder calibration, and espresso machine upkeep.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments accurately, ensuring proper transaction logging and end‑of‑day reconciliation.
- Monitor inventory levels of beans, milk, syrups, and supplies; report shortages and assist with restocking as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours and assist in training new staff on brewing techniques and service protocols.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, allergen awareness, and emergency procedures.
- Work under pressure while maintaining composure, speed, and attention to detail during busy service periods.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Prior experience as a barista or in a customer‑facing food‑service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers in both Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Demonstrated honesty, responsibility, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Capacity to thrive in a high‑stress environment and meet tight service deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of coffee grinding, tamping, milk steaming, and tea brewing techniques.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
