Responsibilities
- Actively market and present the company’s mobile products to existing clients and prospect new customers across the Jombang region.
- Generate and secure orders through the established channel distribution network, ensuring accurate capture of initial customer data.
- Conduct thorough verification of customer documentation and assist in the preparation of complete credit applications.
- Monitor the progress of each credit application, providing timely updates to dealers and customers regarding approval status.
- Communicate critical information such as payment due dates, payment locations, and any additional requirements to customers to ensure smooth transactions.
- Collaborate with internal finance and logistics teams to resolve any issues that may arise during the order‑to‑delivery cycle.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using the company’s CRM system.
- Participate in regular sales meetings, share market insights, and contribute ideas for promotional campaigns.
- Continuously develop product knowledge and stay up‑to‑date with industry trends to effectively position the company’s offerings.
- Uphold the company’s standards of integrity, honesty, and professionalism in all customer engagements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors accepted).
- Maximum age: 30 years (open to fresh graduates with the right aptitude).
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales or marketing role; experience in mobile or telecommunications sales is a strong advantage.
- Male candidates are preferred as per the current posting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build trust‑based relationships.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in sales‑process management, target‑oriented selling, and basic credit‑assessment procedures.
- Ability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, and adapt to occasional weekend or overtime demands during peak periods.
- Strong computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
