Introduction

This role is pivotal in ensuring the timely recovery of overdue accounts (A/R) while maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of collection activities for overdue receivables, ensuring deadlines are met and targets are achieved.
- Initiate contact with delinquent borrowers via phone, email, and face‑to‑face visits to negotiate repayment plans that align with company policies.
- Analyze credit data and payment histories to assess risk levels and recommend appropriate collection strategies.
- Prepare and maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on collection performance, aging of accounts, and forecasted cash flow.
- Collaborate closely with the credit approval, sales, and legal departments to resolve disputes, verify documentation, and, when necessary, initiate legal actions.
- Monitor compliance with internal procedures and external regulations, ensuring that all collection activities adhere to ethical standards.
- Provide timely feedback to the underwriting team regarding recurring delinquency patterns to improve future credit assessments.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on industry best practices, negotiation techniques, and regulatory changes.
- Maintain a high level of customer service, preserving the company’s reputation while securing overdue payments.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate or bachelor’s degree) in any discipline; graduates from any field are welcome.
- Age limit: 30 years or younger.
- Gender: Male (as per the current posting).
- At least 1 year of experience in collections, credit monitoring, or related financial services; fresh graduates with strong academic records are also considered.
- Solid understanding of multi‑finance business processes and a strong target‑driven mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation ability.
- Key personal attributes: integrity, perseverance, meticulousness, honesty, and a proactive attitude.
- Proficiency in using collection software, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and basic data analysis tools.
- Willingness to be placed in any Adira Finance office across Central Java and Yogyakarta provinces, based on the candidate’s domicile.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
