Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Petugas Verifikasi Marketing (MVO) to join our dynamic team in Pati, Central Java. This full‑time position offers a structured work week from Monday to Saturday (08:00 – 17:00) and provides a platform for ambitious individuals to develop a career in sales and marketing while supporting the growth of our multi‑product portfolio. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator, comfortable building relationships with dealers and customers, and eager to meet and exceed performance targets.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with third‑party partners, including dealers and end‑customers, to create a reliable network for product distribution.
  • Present, promote, and sell a range of company products, tailoring proposals to the specific needs of each prospect.
  • Conduct thorough feasibility analyses and on‑site surveys to assess the creditworthiness and purchasing potential of prospective customers.
  • Prepare detailed reports on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and finance teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with company objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, tracking leads, opportunities, and closed deals.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, sharing insights and best practices with peers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to overall revenue growth.
  • Provide after‑sales support, addressing customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction to foster repeat business.
  • Utilize a personal motorcycle and a valid SIM C to travel to dealer locations and customer sites as needed.

Requirements

  • Maximum age: 28 years.
  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor degree) from any field of study.
  • Preferably prior experience in sales or marketing, though fresh graduates with strong motivation are welcome.
  • Demonstrated ability to work towards and achieve sales targets.
  • Dynamic, energetic, and highly communicative personality.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ownership of a motorcycle and a valid SIM C for field visits.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset to evaluate customer feasibility and market opportunities.
