- Develop, produce, and edit engaging digital content using smartphones, tablets, or other portable devices to support marketing campaigns.
- Perform on‑camera presentations and live‑stream sessions, showcasing product features, tutorials, and promotional offers.
- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm concepts, script videos, and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Maintain accurate sales and customer interaction records, assisting the sales administration team with reporting and follow‑up.
- Utilize personal transportation to attend off‑site events, client meetings, and on‑location shoots as required.
- Monitor social media metrics and campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Support the broader marketing team with ad‑hoc projects such as email newsletters, blog posts, and SEO optimization.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Age: 25 years or younger, with a youthful energy that resonates with our target audience.

- At least 1 year of proven experience in customer service, digital content creation, or sales support.
- Strong ability to educate customers on product benefits and payment processes, including hands‑on experience with EDC devices.
- Proficiency in mobile video production and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Rush, InShot, CapCut).
- Comfortable appearing on camera and conducting live streams on platforms such as Instagram Live, TikTok, or YouTube.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer‑first mindset.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently, and able to manage a full schedule of Monday‑Sunday shifts (08:00‑18:00).
- Own reliable transportation for field assignments.
