Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of dishes and beverages.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, relay them to the kitchen and bar, and ensure timely delivery to tables.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked service station, including silverware, glassware, and condiments.
- Monitor table flow, anticipate guest needs, and respond swiftly to requests for refills, additional items, or special accommodations.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS system entries with precision and integrity.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to resolve any order discrepancies or special dietary requirements.
- Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards in accordance with local regulations and restaurant policies.
- Participate in pre‑shift briefings, menu tastings, and ongoing training sessions to stay updated on new offerings.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events, private parties, and large group reservations.
- Provide feedback to management on guest experiences, operational challenges, and suggestions for service improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School diploma, SMK, or equivalent.

- Proficiency in handling POS systems and basic math for order taking and payment processing.
