Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site surveys and perform detailed feasibility analyses to determine the creditworthiness of prospective consumers.
- Promote and sell a range of financing products, including vehicle loans, equipment leasing, and consumer credit solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with automobile dealers, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
- Collaborate with the underwriting team to streamline the approval process and reduce turnaround times.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports, highlighting sales achievements, market trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in community outreach and brand‑building activities to increase market visibility.
- Utilize a personal motor vehicle and a valid SIM C to travel to dealer locations, customer sites, and regional events.
- Adapt quickly to changing market conditions, adjusting sales tactics and marketing strategies as needed.
- Provide feedback to product development teams based on field observations and customer insights.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- Prior experience in marketing, preferably within the automotive financing or consumer credit sector.
- Demonstrated negotiation and persuasive communication abilities.
- Willingness to work in the field and thrive under challenging, target‑driven conditions.
- Own a motor vehicle and hold a valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C).
- Strong analytical skills for credit assessment and risk evaluation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders, including dealers, customers, and internal teams.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, market trends, and regulatory changes.
