Responsibilities
- Prepare, record, and reconcile daily financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
- Maintain and update the company’s accounting system, ensuring all entries are accurate and timely.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management review.
- Handle payroll processing, tax deductions, and statutory reporting in accordance with Indonesian regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors and customers to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure prompt payment cycles.
- Manage general office administration tasks such as document filing, data entry, and correspondence handling.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities by providing relevant financial data and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including HR, procurement, and operations, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and petty cash handling to safeguard company assets.
- Participate in internal audits and implement corrective actions based on audit findings.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a background in accounting or finance is advantageous.
