Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide product information to drive sales.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor by arranging merchandise according to planograms.
- Process transactions accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale (POS) system and handle cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and report discrepancies to the store manager.
- Assist in receiving and unpacking deliveries, ensuring items are correctly labeled and stocked.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participate in promotional events, product launches, and seasonal campaigns to boost store visibility.
- Uphold company policies on loss prevention, safety, and hygiene at all times.
- Continuously update product knowledge through training sessions and self‑study.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years old (maximum).
- Gender: Female (preference based on store policy).
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Professional appearance and personal grooming.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language skills are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal abilities, including active listening and empathy.
- Ability to work flexible hours, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Willingness to be stationed permanently in the Sunter area.
- Basic understanding of store management systems and willingness to learn new technology.
