Responsibilities
- Create and maintain detailed schedules for courier pick‑up and delivery operations, optimizing route efficiency and meeting service level agreements.
- Supervise the end‑to‑end shipping and receiving workflow, ensuring accurate documentation and timely hand‑over to 3PL partners.
- Define and adjust delivery zones based on traffic patterns, order volume, and customer demand to maximize coverage.
- Monitor inbound and outbound inventory movements, coordinating closely with warehouse staff and third‑party logistics providers.
- Oversee sorting, packing, and distribution processes, guaranteeing that parcels are correctly classified and dispatched.
- Lead a team of couriers and warehouse assistants, providing on‑site coaching, performance feedback, and conflict resolution.
- Conduct regular safety checks, enforce compliance with SOPs, and report any incidents to senior management.
- Analyze daily performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and propose process improvements to enhance productivity.
- Maintain clear communication channels between the shift crew, dispatch center, and customer service to address any service disruptions promptly.
- Ensure adherence to shift schedules, working hours (Monday‑Saturday, 09:30‑18:30), and any overtime requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field is a plus.
- 1‑2 years of proven experience in logistics, supply‑chain, or a related operational role.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and last‑mile delivery processes.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is advantageous.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing small teams in a shift‑based environment.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, warehouse management systems).
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts and willingness to be stationed in Bunga Raya, Kabupaten Siak, Riau.
