We are looking for a dynamic Senior Project Manager – Strategic Initiatives who can orchestrate complex, multi‑disciplinary projects, keep them on schedule, within budget, and aligned with client objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects from concept through post‑production, ensuring each phase meets quality standards and client expectations.
- Develop detailed timelines, work‑breakdown structures, and cross‑functional workflows that integrate Creative, Marketing, Sales, Production, and Operations teams.
- Monitor and control project budgets, negotiate with vendors, and drive cost‑efficiency without compromising creativity.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), revenue targets, and strategic objectives; produce regular progress reports and post‑mortem evaluations.
- Identify potential risks early, devise mitigation plans, and resolve issues swiftly to keep projects on track.
- Manage multiple simultaneous initiatives, balancing competing priorities while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Facilitate clear communication across internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring everyone has the information they need to succeed.
- Mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
- Stay current on industry trends, especially within the digital campaign and entertainment sectors, and apply best practices to enhance project delivery.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience as a Project Manager, Event Manager, or Account Manager within a creative agency, event, or entertainment environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with project‑management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com), budgeting software, and familiarity with digital campaign workflows.
- Core Competencies: Strong leadership, excellent written and verbal communication, analytical thinking, and decisive problem‑solving.
- Multi‑Tasking Ability: Comfortable juggling several projects at once while meeting tight deadlines.
- Industry Knowledge: Insight into the creative, event, and entertainment sectors, including trends in nightlife, brand activations, and media production.
- Personal Attributes: High level of organization, adaptability, collaborative mindset, and a passion for delivering memorable brand experiences.
- Additional Value: Experience with digital campaign execution, knowledge of ROI measurement, and fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
