Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our fast‑paced restaurant team as Crew Restoran, covering both waiter and cook‑assistant responsibilities. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in high‑energy environments, enjoy direct interaction with guests, and possess a solid foundation in food‑and‑beverage (F&B) operations. If you have at least one year of experience in a busy dining outlet, are comfortable handling peak‑hour rushes, and can keep a calm demeanor under pressure, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Take customer orders promptly, accurately memorizing menu items and special requests.
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring presentation standards are met.
  • Assist the kitchen staff with basic food preparation, ingredient portioning, and station cleanliness.
  • Monitor the cash register while serving, ensuring smooth coordination between front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house.
  • Handle minor customer complaints with professionalism, offering solutions without escalating the situation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including table setting, refilling condiments, and resetting tables after guests depart.
  • Support shift leaders by coordinating team tasks, managing short‑term staffing gaps, and training new crew members.
  • Participate in daily opening and closing checklists, verifying inventory levels, equipment functionality, and overall store readiness.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, conducting routine inspections of food storage and preparation areas.
  • Contribute ideas for menu improvements, service enhancements, and operational efficiencies during regular team meetings.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 30 years old.
  • Gender: All genders are welcome.
  • At least 1 – 2 years of proven experience in the F&B sector, preferably in a high‑traffic breakfast or lunch environment.
  • Previous experience as a shift leader or senior crew member is highly advantageous.
  • Strong operational skills, including rapid order taking, menu memorization, and multitasking while monitoring the cash register.
  • Ability to handle light customer complaints calmly and resolve them effectively.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive attitude toward helping colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work seven days a week, with shifts from 09:00 – 22:00, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Basic administrative abilities, such as personnel record keeping and simple server management.
