Responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective customers, understanding their needs and guiding them toward the most suitable Mercedes‑Benz model.
- Conduct comprehensive product presentations and test‑drives, highlighting key features, performance specifications, and advanced technology.
- Utilize digital marketing tools and social media platforms to generate leads, nurture prospects, and promote special events or new model launches.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system, tracking interactions, follow‑up activities, and sales pipeline stages.
- Collaborate with finance, after‑sales, and service departments to ensure a seamless buying experience and secure customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to provide actionable insights for inventory planning and promotional strategies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive prospecting, upselling, and cross‑selling of accessories and service packages.
- Participate in regular training sessions, product knowledge workshops, and brand events to stay current with Mercedes‑Benz innovations.
- Represent the dealership at local automotive exhibitions, community events, and corporate client visits.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: No strict upper limit; candidates up to 30 years old will be considered based on experience.

- Work Experience: At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably within the premium automotive sector.
- Industry Knowledge: Minimum 2 years of exposure to the luxury automotive market or a related field.
- Digital Savvy: Understanding of digital marketing concepts, online lead generation, and social media engagement.
- Key Skills: Strong customer‑needs analysis, relationship building, sales analytics, and excellent communication.
