Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly with a warm smile, escort them to their tables, and present menus in a courteous manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are clearly communicated to the kitchen staff.
- Serve dishes and drinks efficiently, checking back with guests to confirm satisfaction and address any additional needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and resetting tables, polishing silverware, and managing linens.
- Assist with opening and closing duties such as restocking supplies, sanitizing workstations, and completing end‑of‑day reports.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely delivery of orders and uphold food safety standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve minor complaints, and escalate complex issues to the manager while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Uphold the restaurant’s grooming and dress code policies, presenting a professional appearance at all times.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, promotional offers, and service techniques.
- Contribute ideas for improving service flow, menu presentation, and overall guest experience.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA) / Vocational (SMK) or equivalent.

- No prior experience required – we provide comprehensive on‑the‑job training.
- Well‑groomed appearance with a neat, professional uniform.

- Responsible and reliable; must not be involved in loan shark activities (No Judol, No Pinjol).
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
