Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Finance Administrator to join our dynamic finance team. This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting budgeting processes, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in accounting, be highly detail‑oriented, and demonstrate a commitment to integrity and transparency in all financial activities.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and post journal entries using accounting software and ensure timely reconciliation of all ledger accounts.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, profit & loss reports, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, collaborating closely with department heads to gather necessary data.
- Maintain and update the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable systems, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Conduct regular variance analysis to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Support the audit process by preparing schedules, responding to auditor inquiries, and ensuring documentation is complete and organized.
- Manage fixed‑asset registers, depreciation schedules, and asset disposals in accordance with company policy.
- Administer payroll processing and ensure statutory deductions are correctly applied.
- Provide timely financial information to management for strategic decision‑making.
- Continuously improve financial processes by identifying inefficiencies and proposing automation solutions using Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet tools.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 (Associate) or S1 (Bachelor) degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in an accounting or finance role is a plus.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Zahir, SAP, or similar).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel abilities, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macro basics.
- Strong competency in spreadsheet manipulation and data analysis.
