Responsibilities
- Customer Service Excellence: Greet every client with a warm smile, listen attentively to their beauty concerns, and provide personalized consultations on skincare, makeup, and body care products.
- Product Knowledge & Education: Stay up‑to‑date on product ingredients, benefits, and usage techniques; deliver clear, engaging explanations and demonstrations that empower customers to make informed choices.
- Sales & Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets through effective upselling, cross‑selling, and promotion of bundled offers; track personal performance against KPIs.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain an attractive and organized product display, ensuring shelves are fully stocked, neatly arranged, and aligned with brand standards.
- Training & Development: Participate actively in brand training sessions, webinars, and product launches to continuously enhance expertise and share knowledge with teammates.
- Client Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships by following up on purchases, offering after‑sale support, and inviting feedback to improve service quality.
- Operational Duties: Handle point‑of‑sale transactions accurately, process returns and exchanges, and comply with store opening and closing procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Female candidates only, in line with the store’s demographic focus.
- At least 1 year of retail or beauty‑industry experience, preferably in a customer‑facing role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for beauty and wellness.
- Ability to work flexible hours, Monday through Sunday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Basic proficiency with 3ds Max or similar 3‑D visualization tools is a plus, supporting visual merchandising projects.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets, work collaboratively, and adapt quickly to new product lines.
