Introduction
Seoul Bakeshop, a fast‑growing specialty bakery located in the vibrant Penjaringan district of North Jakarta, is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Crew Store members. As part of our dynamic crew, you will work in a fast‑paced food‑and‑beverage (F&B) setting, contributing to the daily operations of a brand that blends Korean bakery traditions with local Indonesian flavors.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble all customer orders in strict accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Inspect and sanitize all kitchen equipment and utensils before opening the store each day to guarantee a hygienic work environment.
- Monitor the freshness of raw materials and finished products, rotating stock as needed to minimize waste.
- Conduct regular inventory checks, record stock levels, and report any discrepancies to the store manager.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the kitchen and service areas, including waste segregation and proper storage.
- Assist customers at the counter, taking orders, answering product inquiries, and providing a friendly, welcoming experience.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth shift transitions, covering peak periods, holidays, and overtime when required.
- Support barista duties such as coffee preparation, latte art, and beverage presentation when needed.
- Participate in daily briefings, share feedback, and suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; culinary, hospitality, or tourism studies are preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Kitchen Crew member or Barista in a reputable F&B establishment; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards; certifications in Food Safety are an advantage.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, public holidays, and occasional overtime.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on courteous and professional customer interaction.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and cash handling.
