Responsibilities
- Create a wide range of design assets, including posters, thumbnails, banners, overlays, and social‑media graphics that meet company quality standards.
- Develop daily gaming‑related visual content that drives engagement across platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Collaborate with marketing, community managers, and game developers during brainstorming sessions to define creative concepts and visual direction.
- Apply color theory, typography, and layout principles to ensure each piece aligns with brand guidelines and target audience expectations.
- Stay up‑to‑date with emerging design trends, new software features, and industry best practices, and integrate them into the workflow.
- Perform revisions based on feedback, polishing designs until they are ready for publication.
- Maintain organized asset libraries and ensure version control for easy retrieval by cross‑functional teams.
- Optionally support photography or videography tasks, adding motion graphics or short video edits when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication (DKV), or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience as a graphic designer, preferably within the gaming or digital entertainment industry.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Figma, CorelDRAW, or equivalent tools.
- Demonstrated ability to create a strong portfolio showcasing creative, professional, and game‑focused designs.
- Solid understanding of visual design fundamentals: composition, color theory, typography, and branding.
- Familiarity with popular games such as Mobile Legends and PUBG, including in‑game aesthetics and community trends.
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of social‑media design trends and platform specifications.
- Detail‑oriented, able to meet tight deadlines while delivering high‑quality work.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills; able to present ideas clearly and incorporate feedback.
- Additional skills in photography or videography are considered a plus.
