Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Promotor Penjualan to join our fast‑growing sales team in Karawang. Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude and provide prompt assistance.
- Present and demonstrate products, clearly explaining features, benefits, and usage to increase purchase confidence.
- Consistently achieve or exceed the daily and weekly sales targets set by management.
- Maintain a tidy, eye‑catching merchandise layout; ensure promotional materials are stocked and positioned correctly.
- Perform light inventory checks (stock opname) at the end of each shift and prepare accurate daily sales reports.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights, relaying them to the merchandising and product development teams.
- Collaborate with fellow sales promoters and store staff to create a cohesive shopping experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing changes, and promotional campaigns to answer any customer inquiries confidently.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA / SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales promotion, retail, or a related customer‑service role. Experience as an SPG/SPB is a strong advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
- Professional appearance and a personable demeanor that reflects the brand’s values.
- Good attitude, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new product lines and sales tools.
- Basic digital marketing knowledge – familiarity with promotional tools, social media outreach, and simple sales analytics.
- Analytical mindset to interpret sales data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Open to working the schedule of Tuesday through Sunday, 09:00 – 17:00, with a preference for candidates residing in or near Karawang.
