We are seeking a motivated Assistant Pharmacist (Praktik Apotek) to join our dynamic pharmacy team. Responsibilities
- Assist the licensed pharmacist in preparing and dispensing prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
- Verify prescription details, check for drug interactions, and ensure proper labeling according to Indonesian regulations.
- Maintain and organize inventory, including stock rotation, expiry checks, and ordering of medicines and supplies.
- Provide basic counseling to patients on dosage, administration, and potential side effects under pharmacist supervision.
- Handle administrative tasks such as processing insurance claims, updating patient records, and managing pharmacy software.
- Ensure the pharmacy workspace complies with hygiene, safety, and legal standards, including the proper storage of controlled substances.
- Support the team in managing high‑volume periods, especially during peak hours on weekdays and weekends.
- Participate in continuous education programs and stay current with new drug information, pharmacy best practices, and local health initiatives.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, such as doctors and nurses, to clarify prescription details when needed.
- Contribute to community outreach activities, health screenings, and promotional events organized by the pharmacy.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Pharmacy or a related field.
- Active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) for pharmacy practice.
- Female candidates, maximum age of 35 years.
- Strong attention to detail, quick decision‑making ability, and a high level of responsibility.
- Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to handle several tasks simultaneously without compromising accuracy.
- Honesty, integrity, and a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Basic knowledge of prescription interpretation and medication therapy management.
- Willingness to start work immediately and adapt to a Monday‑Saturday schedule (08:00 – 17:00).
